Events are limited to 10 guests. Individual safes in each bedroom. Smoking on terrace only. Children between the ages of 14 to 21 are allowed if accompanied by parents.

PVR Airport is within a 30 minute drive. Taxi service easily available and transit buses are less than a 1 minute walk. The buses are available outside the complex. There are 10 golf courses nearby with one as close as a 25 minute drive. Shopping and dining are a 2 minute walk. There is dining everywhere you go just outside complex. The beach is located less than 1 minute away.

Any cancellations made 90 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, will not receive any refund.
Cancellations will receive an 80% refund of the rental fee if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
