Canto de las Olas “Song of the Waves” is one of the few true oceanfront villas in Molino De Agua-- just over the beach. From this 3700 square foot condo enjoy superb views of the Pacific Ocean, the mountains, malecon, city, gardens and pool from every room. The living room looks out on the bay from two sides offering a panorama as you enter the unit and from every location in the kitchen, living area and dining area. Plus both sides of the living area offer balcony seating and lounges.

The chef’s kitchen is “stocked to the nines” with all new appliances, even a warming drawer in the oven. There’s a built-in bar with refrigerator, a built-in gas BBQ, a wine refrigerator to keep both red and white at the perfect temperature, a capsule coffee maker( and regular coffee) maker and many small appliances as well.

sAll three full bedrooms have ocean views and in-suite baths. Sliding glass doors in each lead to the 130 foot wrap around balcony. Sheets (800 thread count) and pillow-top beds are of the highest quality, plus both shades and blackout curtains in each bedroom. The master bedroom features a sitting area, TV, bath with double sink and Jacuzzi, and a walk-in closet.

Luxury and Class: “Canto de las Olas” has been professionally decorated with the latest color palate displaying amazing original fine art and folk art by world famous Mexican artists including paintings, weavings, statutes, murals and more. This is a true gem of Molino De Agua!Other amenities:

In house telephones can be used to call anywhere in Mexico, Canada and the US. 24 hour security by the friendliest staff in Puerto Vallarta. On-site parking available, just below your balcony. Laundry room with washer and dryer. 50 inch TVs have many channels in both English and Spanish. Apple TV is also available. A game table stocked with puzzles, cards, backgammon, chess. Weekly maid service. Wi-fi, of course.

AND… The home owner is available in Vallarta to answer questions and assist with whatever you need.

Other Details:This unit is generally not available in the summer, except by special arrangement with the owner. It is an adults only unit, no children, no pets. Excessive use of electricity may result in a surcharge.

This condo was amazing... with breathtaking views from every angle...The condo is high end, and includes a huge wrap around patio. The complex was beautiful with amazing grounds and pool. The owner was wonderful to deal with, very accessible and made the whole rental process very easy. Appreciated the ability to call back to the states from the condo with no extra charge- nice touch! We would definitely come back and stay at this wonderful condo again!

  2. Data entered into the booking form, for example name, email address, real address is stored for a maximum of 365 days after the booking's departure date. This information is stored in encrypted form in our database so that only authorised people can view it. If you make a booking then by law we must store your PII whilst the booking is valid. Once the booking has completed, either because it has been cancelled or you have been checked out, then you will be able to exercise your RTBF by logging in and visiting the "Your data" page. Invoice information for completed bookings will still be securely stored in our database to ensure that we abide by relevant tax laws but you will be able to remove all other PII after the booking is completed.
  3. When you consent to your information being stored as described above, we are legally obliged to store this consent in our database. This information will include your IP number and the content of the opt-in form. We will retain this consent notification indefinately (this is a legal requirement).

PVR Airport is within a 30 minute drive. Taxi service easily available and transit buses are less than a 1 minute walk. The buses are available outside the complex. There are 10 golf courses nearby with one as close as a 25 minute drive. Shopping and dining are a 2 minute walk. There is dining everywhere you go just outside complex. The beach is located less than 1 minute away.
